Triple layer forming fabrics with SSB design(self support binder) are now widely employed for all paper grades, from tissue through writing & printing to board and packaging paper. The SSB design gives superior performance. The paper side is woven in 1x1 plain weave pattern with fine polyester mono-filaments to optimize the paper forming characteristics of the fabric. The fine mesh on top supply a better sheet support, improving formation, increasing pulp fiber retention and reducing two sideness.
Board and Packaging paper

Paper Side

Machine Side
KZ series is constructed with coarse, strong, and stable 2/8 shed design.
- High dimensional stability and good life potential
- Good sheet support
- Adequate drainage capacity

Paper Side

Machine Side
KZH series is improved forming fabric design of medium 2/10 shed to achieve higher wear resistance and increased retention.
- Higher abrasion index
- Excellent dimensional stability
- Improved fiber support and drainage capacity
Tissue paper
WN series is a super fine 2/5 shed ssb design to provide very high fiber and fine support for tissue paper.
- High retention of fines and fillers
- High yarn density design and high sheet support.
- Lower caliper, High open area for high drainage capacity
- Reduced wie marks

Paper Side

Machine Side
YX series is fine 2/5 shed ssb designs with paired weft yarn binders with cross machine direction (CMD) ratio of 2:1.
- High fiber support and large amount of support points.
- High fibre retention and minimum sheet marking
- High wear resistance
YSL series is designed to achieve more wear resistane and dimensional stability by increasing the long float on the machine side and the weft yarn density with a top/bottom weft yarn ratio is 3:2.
- High abrasion index
- High stability
- Controlled dewatering capacity
